Psychedelic Integration
Online

Integration is understood as the formation of the whole from its parts, to provide a deeper and more integrated level of understanding of a psychedelic experience, which individuals can apply to their lives. We use a creative approach to explore these experiences which can include archetypal material and metaphor. Without integration, these experiences return to the unconscious parts of our minds without being fully integrated into our psyche.

Psilocybin-assisted therapy is showing promising results as a treatment for a number of clinical disorders, such as, depression, anxiety, addiction and obsessive compulsive disorder, and is gaining interest among the general population, who are seeking support from legalised psilocybin retreats around the world. Recent research on the safety of psilocybin (Nutt et al, 2010) investigating harm associated with drugs in the UK found psilocybin mushrooms caused least harm to self and others compared to all other drugs, including legal and easily accessible alcohol which was twelve times more harmful than psilocybin, which is illegal and difficult to gain access to, even for research purposes.
This medicine has been used as tools for healing and transformation for thousands of years by indigenous communities. There is even a theory that accelerated human evolution of our hunter-gatherer ancestors occurred as a result of eating psilocybin mushrooms.
